The Royal Theatre in The Hague, opened in 1804, blends history and modern facilities in a truly unique way. Originally built as a palace, the building still breathes an elegant, royal atmosphere. The theatre has no less than ten rooms available for hire. The impressive main hall seats 650 people and features a multifunctional stage. Perfect for all kinds of events, from conferences and weddings to unforgettable dinners. On top of that, there are several foyers available for meetings, receptions, and drinks.

Reachability and accessibility
The Royal Theatre is easy to reach by public transport and there are several parking garages nearby. The entire building has free WiFi, all rooms are accessible by elevator, it’s wheelchair friendly, and there’s an adapted toilet. More information about accessibility can be found here.
Entrance & Cloakrooms
During your event, guests will be welcomed through the main entrance by one of our staff and guided to the cloakrooms. There’s a fixed guarded cloakroom, or we can set up a flexible cloakroom in the event’s reception area.
