Hercules, the world's biggest, most famous hero, arrives at De Parade on his world tour, where he is confronted with the meaning of heroism, fame, power, swag and, ultimately, life. HER€ULES WORLD TOUR is a mythical and musical show that explores our obsession with celebrity and status, inspired by the stories of the biggest, bulkiest, beefiest hero of all time.

Koen ter Braak graduated from the HKU in 2023 and is one of the young artists creating a performance for Zaal 4 this season. This isn’t the first time Koen will be appearing at this venue; he previously starred in My Darling Demon (2024) and created the museum performance Daeda & Ik last year. Koen ter Braak is a jack-of-all-trades and prefers to work in an interdisciplinary manner. So in addition to theater, expect: music, dance, performance, photography, film, fashion, and graphic design.

His graduation performance Moddergat, which he created together with classmate Jeroen van Arkel, was selected for Het debuut. During his studies, he also made the film Odysseus: Odysseus, which was screened at the Netherlands Film Festival. In 2024, Koen was nominated for the Piket Art Prize in the Theatre category.
