A cultural programme for organisations and their young professionals
Culture Connect is a joint initiative by Het Nationale Theater, Nederlands Dans Theater, Residentie Orkest, PAARD and Beelden aan Zee. The programme connects young professionals to The Hague’s cultural life in a meaningful and lasting way. Culture Connect is specifically designed for organisations. Participation takes place through employers who offer their employees the opportunity to develop, reflect and connect, both with each other and with the city.

Who is it for
Culture Connect is intended for organisations that invest in their young professionals. This includes companies, public sector bodies and institutions with internationally oriented employees aged approximately 20 to 40. Individual participation is not available. Organisations take part with a minimum of two participants, encouraging exchange not only between organisations but also within teams.

What it offers
Participants take part in five carefully curated evenings per year. Each evening brings together a cultural experience, context and meaningful exchange. Each event contains of a performance, concert or exhibition at one of the five partner organisations, in-depth context around relevant societal themes and the opportunity to connect with peers from other organisations.
This combination makes Culture Connect more than a cultural outing. It is a programme where reflection, inspiration and professional connection come together.

Interested?

Participation is organised on an annual basis. Organisations register their participants and facilitate their involvement throughout the programme.
The annual contribution is €250 per participant and includes five exclusive cultural networking events.
